Arrange a Workplace Support Referral
If an employee is experiencing difficulties at work because of a neurological condition, neurodivergence, injury or changes in health, we can help you identify the most appropriate next step.
You can refer directly for a Workplace Needs Assessment, Work Capacity Assessment or Neuro Support. If you are not sure which service is right, simply select “I’m not sure” on the referral form.
Every referral is reviewed by a member of the Krysalis team. We will consider the information you provide and advise if another assessment or support option would be more appropriate for the employee’s needs.
Workplace Needs Assessment
For identifying workplace barriers and practical adjustments.
A Workplace Needs Assessment looks at the employee’s role, working environment, routines and workplace experience to identify barriers and provide practical recommendations that support performance, wellbeing and sustainable work participation.

Best suited where the employee is struggling with aspects of their role, needs workplace adjustments, or is returning to work.

Work Capacity Assessment
For a more detailed understanding of work capability and fitness for work.
A Work Capacity Assessment explores how neurological symptoms, cognitive or sensory challenges, psychological factors and the working environment may affect work performance, safety and sustainable work participation.
From £1,600
Best suited where a more detailed understanding of functional capacity, risk or current and future work capability is required.

Neuro Support (Includes one of the above assessments as standard)
For practical neurological occupational therapy support and ongoing guidance.
Neuro Support provides structured, needs-led support to help an employee manage challenges, implement practical strategies and improve function and participation at work.
Available as a structured programme of 4, 6 or 8 sessions.
If you are unsure whether Neuro Support is the right starting point, our team will advise you after reviewing the referral.
