It is suitable for employees who are experiencing difficulties carrying out their role, require specialist advice about workplace adjustments, or are returning to work following illness or a health event.

Workplace Needs Assessments start from £650 and always include a specialist neurological occupational therapy assessment, practical workplace-adjustment recommendations and a written report to support informed employer decision-making.

The assessment can help employers identify appropriate workplace adjustments, support their duties under the Equality Act 2010, and provide documented evidence that an employee's needs and potential adjustments have been considered.
