Our Workplace Needs Assessment provides practical, evidence-based recommendations and workplace adjustments to support an employee's participation and performance at work.

It is suitable for employees who are experiencing difficulties carrying out their role, require specialist advice about workplace adjustments, or are returning to work following illness or a health event.

Workplace Needs Assessments start from £650.

The assessment can help employers identify appropriate workplace adjustments, support their duties under the Equality Act 2010, and demonstrate that an employee's needs have been properly considered.
