Our Work Capacity Assessment is an in-depth occupational therapy assessment designed to understand an individual's current and future potential for work.
It explores how neurological symptoms, cognitive or sensory challenges, psychological factors and the working environment may be influencing work performance, safety and sustainability.
Work Capacity Assessments start from £1,600 and include an in-depth specialist neurological occupational therapy assessment, standardised evaluation of relevant sensory or cognitive challenges, analysis of factors affecting work success, workplace-adjustment recommendations and a detailed clinical report.
The resulting report provides independent clinical evidence to help employers understand work capacity, identify appropriate support and adjustments, and make informed decisions about current or future work arrangements.
