Exciting news: Krysalis sponsors the RCOTSSNP conference!

Krysalis Consultancy is thrilled to sponsor the upcoming RCOTSSNP Conference, a key event in neurological occupational therapy.

 

Join us at this 'Royal College of Occupational Therapists - Specialist Section Neurological Practice' event on Thursday October 10th 2024, in Birmingham!

The title of the conference says it all... "The Art of Living Through Doing - Empowering people living with neurological conditions through occupational engagement.

 

Delegates will have the honour of hearing from a broad range of experts with innovative neurological occupational therapy perspectives. These speakers include:

  • Samantha Turner: Chair of the RCOTSSNP conference, experienced Neurological Specialist Occupational Therapist, and educator.

  • Thérèse Lebedis, OBE: Consultant AHP in Stroke for NHS Grampian, clinical lead for stroke rehabilitation, with an O.B.E awarded for services to stroke care and rehabilitation.

  • Mary Warren, PhD: Occupational Therapist and retired university professor, with nearly 50 years’ experience in adult clients with vision impairment from ABI.

  • Hazel Carter: Author, educator, and advocate for carers, hospices and people living with MND.

  • Paul Pritchard: Professional mountaineer and disability awareness educator, who shared his story of resilience after a severe brain injury.

Those who attend will also get to experience interactive workshops and gain the opportunity to learn, network and further develop their passion and interest in neurology.
