Help Guide: Completing Your BYOD Self-Attestation

Welcome to the Krysalis BYOD Self Help Guide. This step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to successfully complete your BYOD Self-Attestation, with instructions for both Windows and macOS users. Screenshots are required for some steps, and we’ve made it easy to capture and upload them.

When you receive your fillable form it is a good idea to place it in a folder named something like "Krysalis Self Attestation", you can then save a copy of the BYOD policy and your screen shots to the same folder. When you wish to submit your documents you can zip the whole folder up and share it.
